Who We Are

Kitrina Tamminga, LPCC
Founder, CEO
Kitrina is a person of faith and loves to incorporate the word of God into her work. Kitrina is an independently licensed therapist in New Mexico and Colorado.
She utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Sand Tray, and Polyvagal Therapies to assist in the therapeutic process.
Debbie Joslin, Administrator
Debbie Joslin has 20-plus years of experience in providing leadership to nonprofits, both as a
board member and an Executive Director.\She has experience in developing and implementing a life-affirming medical clinic, creating and
implementing an extensive educational program for clients, and establishing a child
sponsorship program for an international nonprofit organization. Additionally, she has trained
and led teams of volunteers and staff in the United States and overseas.
She loves traveling to other countries such as Kenya and Honduras to offer care, support and
education to women and children. She is a public speaker at women's conferences in the
United States, Africa, and Honduras.
She has been married to her husband, Randy for over 46 years; they have 4 children, one of
which is in heaven and 8 beautiful grandchildren.


Ann B. Campbell, LMHC
Ann brings a lifetime of wisdom and compassion to her counseling practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She offers a unique blend of professional expertise and life experiences as a mother, grandmother, and former business leader.
With a foundation in traditional and innovative therapeutic approaches, Ann provides person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy, incorporating specialized techniques like Adlerian Sand Tray and Play Therapy. Boaz, her certified therapy dog, often joins sessions, adding extra client comfort and support.
Her experience includes facilitating Rachel's Vineyard retreats and working with diverse therapeutic methods like MRT and Mapps. As a devoted Catholic counselor, she integrates faith-based support for those who seek it while warmly welcoming clients of all backgrounds and beliefs.
Marcie Loudermilk, LMHC
Marcie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), and practices with a person-centered approach.
Marcie offers a safe place to guide you through an honest path to understanding and achieving balance in life to your full potential. Marcie does not incorporate biblical beliefs into her sessions but upholds a very high respect for God and will pray with and for you.



Fatimah “Emma” AlMohanna, LMHC
Emma values diversity and enjoys working with people from all walks of life. She does her best to incorporate the different aspects of an individual identity and culture into the therapeutic relationship.
She utilizes Positive Psychology, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Person-Centered Talk Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness. Emma does not incorporate biblical beliefs into her sessions but upholds a very high respect for God and will pray with and for you.

Phyllis Sandoval, LMHC
Phyllis is a dedicated Christian and is excited to bring healing in the therapeutic setting. She is passionate about serving the most vulnerable populations.
Phyllis is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for healing. Her approach emphasizes building a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients, enabling them to develop essential coping skills and cognitive techniques. She utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Sand Tray, and Polyvagal Therapies to assist in the therapeutic process.
Shelby Daniele-Coley, LAMFT
Shelby is a Marriage and Family Therapy Therapist dedicated to helping clients strengthen communication and build meaningful, healthy relationships. She guides individuals in understanding how their key relationships have shaped who they are today. With valuable experience in foster care and residential treatment settings, she brings deep insight into trauma-informed care and healing.
As a Christian counselor, she integrates her faith into her practice while maintaining a compassionate understanding of life's challenges, including seasons of doubt and spiritual questioning. She walks alongside her clients with empathy and professional guidance as they navigate their personal growth journeys.

James Shorty, LMHC
James is a licensed mental health counselor who is dedicated to helping individuals who may be seeking guidance and companionship. James also specializes in substance abuse and addiction counseling and is committed to being supportive, understanding, and creating appropriate rapport with anyone.
He has a passion for recovery and wellness. He utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Sand Tray, and Polyvagal Therapies to assist in the therapeutic process.

Angelica Whitaker, LSAA
Angelica Whitaker is a Licensed Substance Abuse Associate who specializes in supporting adults in substance use recovery. She earned her Associate of Human Services degree from San Juan College with a focus in substance abuse. Angelica uses a blend of CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, DBT, and Psychodynamic approaches to help clients build coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change. She facilitates IOP groups for adults and provides a collaborative, supportive space for growth. Outside of work, Angelica enjoys hiking, camping, being in the mountains, and chasing waterfalls. She is guided by her faith and loves Jesus, which shapes the compassion and hope she brings to her work.
